REFUND AND TUITION
TUITION
Payment is due at the time of registration. Tuition can be processed by credit card, ACH, check, or cash.
REFUNDS
$25 is non-refundable after registration. There are no refunds after the first week of class. Please see summer camp registration for detailed information about our summer camp refund policy.
TRIAL WEEK
For students who want to try out programs for the first time, PVTC will offer a trial week for the first week of class with 100% refund guaranteed if the class isn't a good fit. Come see what the fun is about!
SCHOLARSHIPS
PVTC offers a limited amount of need-based scholarships for our after school classes and camps.
SICK POLICY AND COVID PROTOCOL
We understand that illness happens. Though consistent class/camp attendance is important, health and safety is a priority. Please notify Portola Valley Theatre Conservatory if your symptoms satisfy any of the following:
Fever of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher
Chills, muscle/body ache
Persistent, productive cough
Green or yellow nasal discharge
Wheezing/undiagnosed trouble breathing
Severe nausea
Vomiting/diarrhea
Positive Covid test
Per CDC guidelines, if your child tests positive for COVID, please stay home. You may be present at class/camp when, for at least 24 hours:
symptoms are improving overall
if a fever was present, it has been gone without use of a fever-reducing medication
If you have a lingering cough and other symptoms are improving, you may attend PVTC programming as long as you have been fever free for 24 hours without medication and you are willing to wear a mask at camp. We do not recommend unmasking indoors for any reason and request that you do not sing indoors until you have a negative COVID test, to prevent illness from spreading through the cast.
We highly encourage you to wear a mask until all lingering symptoms subside. PVTC recommends that staff, interns, and students who test positive for COVID mask for a full 5 days or until they have a negative COVID test, whichever comes first.
